Loin pain. Left renal mass.
Case 2 of 4
Male 73 years
Incidental finding during investigation of colorectal cancer.
Left kidney unilocular cyst 17cm in upper pole. Interior is lined with nodules of fawn tissue and blood clot.

Female 71 years
Vimentin, CD10 and RCC negative. Positive hales colloidal iron.
Specimen: Kidney. Macro: 6cm tumour involving upper pole of left kidney, invading capsule.
Case 4 of 4
Male 58 years
Right renal cell carcinoma. Negative for vimentin and Hales' colloidal Iron.
Macro: Right nephrectomy 432.0g with perinephric fat 13.5 x 10.0 x 4.0cm, containing a yellowish brown encapsulated tumour 4.0 x 4.0cm with central fibrosis. 4cm of ureter included.
Specimen: Right Nephrectomy
