Multinodular goitre but solitary hard nodule on palpation.

Endocrine. Left thyroid lobectomy. Solitary nodule, left thyroid (FNA THY3). Left total lobectomy done. Macro: Left thyroid lobectomy, on slicing there is a well circumscribed solid nodular lesion, light brown and fleshy.
